Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $99 or more. Below $99, and for faster USPS Priority Mail or UPS delivery, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping details

Can I exchange a ring for a different size?

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange a ring for another size, or a piece for a different style, as long as it is unworn with its tags and original packaging. We don't resize rings, so an exchange is the way to the right fit. How exchanges work

What is your return policy?

Return unworn pieces with their tags and original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Request a return authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds; it is waived when you choose store credit or when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns and exchanges
